Tour Itinerary:

DAY 1: Cusco - Cachora - Chiquisca
We will pick you up early in the morning from your hotel and then we go to the town of Cachora (2800masl/9186 ft). This trip takes about 3h30 min. In Cachora we meet our horsemen and horses. At this point you can see the snowcapped Padreyoc. And then begin our trek to Chiquiska (19km-aprox. 6 hours) we will walk for 2h30 min, then we will have lunch at Capuliyoc step (11 ½ miles - 9020 ft. / 2750 m) from this point we can appreciate the deep Apurimac River Valley and snow-covered tops that rise in the valley, continuing our walk, we walk up towards Chiquiska 1h 45min (19 km-6233 ft / m 1900) where we will spend the night, here you can take a shower, buy some bottles of water or soda .Weather in Chiquisca is hot so we may take a nap or rest, then we have a tea time and after two hours we will have dinner, after all we go to our tents to sleep.

DAY 2 : Chiquisca - Santa Teresa - Marampata - Choquequirao
Early morning 6:00am after breakfast, we will leave Chiquisca and continue walking to the deepest point Rosalina Beach (21km / 1550 masl / 4756 ft) and then cross the Apurimac river via a pedestrian suspension bridge, we shall henceforward walking for approx. two hours to Santa Teresa (24 ¼km -2100 masl / 6889 ft), we will take a breath, here you can buy water or sodas, then we will keep walking for two hours to Marampata (28km -2900 masl / 9514 ft), here we have lunch, after lunch we will walk for 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach the archaeological complex of Choquequirao, (32 km / 3033masl / 9950ft), once arrived at this wonderful place we will have a guided tour for every archaeological site, and after the visit we will walk 30 minutes to our camp for having lunch and spend the afternoon and having dinner there. If you want you could visit Choquequirao the third day in the morning.

DAY 3 : Choquequirao - Santa Rosa - Chiquisca
we leave Choquequirao and come back to Chiquisca camping, we will walk for three hours to Santa Rosa, and continue to Rosalina beach, where we will spend some time in the Apurimac River. Then we walk up for 1h30 min. to our camp.

DAY 4 : Chiquisca – Cachora - Cusco
Early in the morning (6:00) after breakfast, we go to Cachora walking for about 4 hours later Capuliyoc 2h 30 min. more Cachora where we have lunch, while then wait for our transport to take us back to Cusco (3h 30min).
