Terms and Conditions
CONTRACT WITH THE INKA ADVENTURE
Anyone wanting to make a booking must sign the registration form. The people included on the registration form are referred to as the "client" below. All clients will be bound by the conditions that follow. All bookings are made with THE INKA ADVENTURE, which sells the tours described in this brochure. No person has any authority on behalf of THE INKA ADVENTURE to vary these booking conditions. The service to be provided is the tour referred to on the booking form. All prices are expressed in American dollars and are subject to change without prior warning. The price is per person unless specified.
ITINERARY
The Itineraries are planned very carefully although, for operational reasons, it maybe necessary to change the order of activities in the itinerary, or the specified route, and although such cases are very rare, the itinerary in general only must be assumed as a basic guide.
AERIAL PASSAGES
The prices of the clients are subject to availability and to change without prior warning until they have been emitted and they include the expenses by payment with credit card. The chronograms and numbers of flight are subject in return to date of trip on the part of the airline. Some restrictions are applied, including (but not of limitative way) the fact that the lost tickets are not reimbursable, and that are subject to own limitations of the airlines, specific fines and/or conditions of the contracted tariff.
RESERVES OF HOTELS THAT DO NOT COMPRISE OF AN ORGANIZED TOUR
Cancellations and Reimbursements: - If a cancellation is received until and including 30 days before the date from arrival to South America, the deposit of the trip is reimbursable less administrative expenses. - If a cancellation is received 29-15 days before the date from arrival to South America, the reimbursement will be subject to a penalty of 30% of the total cost. - some will not be granted to reimbursement if the cancellation is received with even or less than 14 days before the date from arrival to South America, in case of not-presentation del(los) pasajero(s) or to appear the cancellation during stadia.
CONTRACTED TOURS CANCELATIONS AND REIMBURMSMENTS
Cancellations and requests of reimbursements must be sent in writing including all the pertinent information and will be taken care of immediately. If a cancellation is received 35 days before the start date of the tour, any money paid for the trip will be reimbursed completely less administrative expenses. If a cancellation is received 34-16 days before the start date the reimbursement will be subject to a penalty of 35% of the contracted price. - If the cancellation is received 15 days or less before the start date of the tour, There will be no reimbursement. In case of non-presentation of the client or in case of a cancellation during the trip there will also be no reimbursement. - Certain services can be interrupted or be cancelled due to climatic conditions, reasons of greater force, acts of God, disturbances, etc., or others outside the control of the hotels, air lines, suppliers or of THE INKA ADVENTURE or its associates. No reimbursement will be granted in result of these interruptions or cancellations of other persons out of our control.
NOTE
Certain suppliers have more rigorous policies of cancellation referring to groups. Therefore, in the group reservations that exceed 10 passengers, the suppliers reserve the right to impose a penalty of 25% up to 90 days before the date of the trip, and the 100% of penalty by cancellation up to 45 days before the date of trip. During the high season, our company reserves the right to alter the cancellation policies if our suppliers apply diverse penalties above those enumerated. PAYMENT METHODS: PAYPAL. Unless a special agreement has agreed to in writing, all the asked services must be paid for in advance. Personal checks are not accepted.
RESPONSIBILITY
THE INKA ADVENTURE, or companies organizing in its name the transport means, lodging either required by the tourist, we do not assume the responsibility in case of accidents, losses, delays or interferences with the tours for reasons of “greater force” or other events out of our control, our responsibility is therefore not evoked, specially with respect to programs and schedules.
IMPORTANT!
Our Company does not become person in charge by diseases, state of illness or disabilities mental or otherwise, that can put in danger the health or the integrity of the passenger or third party during the unfolding of the tour, contracted or which they imply limitation or impediment for the benefit of our tourist services. Therefore, the Company will not recognize reclamation or returns by the concepts above-mentioned, including the cases where in normal conditions they do not pronounce a problem.
